Colorado Wildlife Specialists is a humane wildlife removal company serving Colorado and compliant with Colorado Parks and Wildlife. When this policy says “we,” “us,” or “Colorado Wildlife Specialists,” that is who we mean. This policy applies to coloradowildlifespecialists.com and to the services we provide. 2. What we collect

We try to collect only what we need to answer your request and do the work.

  • Information you give us. Your name, phone number, email address, city or service address, your text-message consent choice with the date, time, and page where you made it, and the details of your wildlife issue when you submit our contact form, use our Text Us form, or call us.
  • Automatic information. When you visit the site, we and our analytics tools collect things like IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and rough location (city or region level).
  • Cookies. We use basic cookies for site functionality and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

3. Text messaging and your phone number

Providing a phone number or submitting a form does not by itself give permission to text you. Our contact and Text Us forms offer an optional, unchecked box for text messages from Colorado Wildlife Specialists LLC. Select it to receive replies about your request, callbacks, appointment coordination, service updates, and a follow-up after your service is complete that may ask you to leave a review. Leave it unchecked to request help without signing up for texts. We may call you about your request. We do not send promotional text messages.

  • Message frequency varies and depends on the conversation.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or service.
  • Reply HELP for help, or reply STOP at any time to opt out. After you reply STOP we will not text you again unless you opt back in.

We do not sell your phone number, and we do not share mobile opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers and the consent you give are used only by Colorado Wildlife Specialists and the service providers that help us send these messages and run our business.

4. How we use your information

  • Respond to your question and schedule an inspection or service.
  • Send appointment confirmations, reminders, and service follow-ups, including a request to review our work if you opted in to texts.
  • Operate, maintain, and improve our website and services.
  • Comply with the law and protect our rights.

5. Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run the business. They process your information on our behalf and only to provide their service to us.
